The pack needs your help. Many of the positions needed each year are unfilled. In order to "help the pack go", each family should signup for at least 1-2 positions. Attached are the positions and also a description of each one.

Get ready for a weekend of fun and heroic efforts at Belton Lake as we take our monthly theme of "To the Rescue"' on the road.
Cub Scout family camping is designed to be fun, "easy," camping for the entire family. The park is just one hour from Austin and features hot showers and water at each campsite.
Please refer to the attached flyer and registration form for more details. Registration forms and payments should be returned to your den leader by Sunday, October 9th.
IMPORTANT!
The directions published in the original version of the flyer are wrong! (We copied the incorrect directions published on the ReserveUSA web site.)

Wells Branch will be having their annual Holiday Luminaries on display this coming weekend (Friday and Saturday). We are responsible for the clean up on Sunday afternoon. We need BIG turn out from all dens to help make this a fast and easy project. Boys will need to meet in front of the playground at Katherine Fleischer Park on Sunday at 1 PM to help. Please ask folks to come prepared with large trash bags (lawn/leaf bags preferably). Groups will split up around the park to pick up the luminaries. With enough volunteers, the clean up shouldn't take more than an hour or 1 1/2 hours at the most. Bags should be handled as noted below: empty gravel/sand onto trail put used paper bag in trash bag save candle/holder (PVC) in another bag At the end of the pick up, trash bags can be thrown away in the trash cans lined up by the pool building. The bags with the PVC/candles can be placed in front of the sheriff's annex office. Please send this out to your dens and discuss this at your den meetings this week. A little blurb about the Festival is below as well...it's a very fun event! Boys should come to the park in their uniforms or pack shirts at least. Call me if you have any questions. Thanks! Devon
